By accessing and using EML Training Bespoke services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
EML Training Bespoke provides custom eLearning development services including instructional design, course development, training program creation, and LMS content solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Custom content created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. EML Training retains the right to use anonymized examples of work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements. Changes to scope may result in timeline and cost adjustments. Client feedback and approvals are required at designated milestones.
EML Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or content we create.
